Abstract
<p>In future quantum nanodevices, the correlation of electrons in a time domain, in space, and among many electrons may play an important role in creating new functionalities, in contrast to conventional devices where the single-electron model explains the essential part of the device operation principle. Single electron devices and quantum computing devices are some of examples. In this article, we describe the unique properties of carbon nanotube quantum dots, and undertake to show how they affect the nanodevices.</p>
