抄録

In the part I of this paper, "Impact Ion Production Effect(IIPE)" was proposed and the electrostatic phenomena accompanied by natural precipitation predicted by IIPE were confirmed by observations in natural snowfall. In this part II, the propriety of IIPE was confirmed using newly improved experimental apparatus and powders of 21 kinds of semiconductors, and good results were obtained. Furthemore some remarkable characteristics of IIPE were studied, which affect the charge separation of natural phenomena, and the causes of wave like change of ground surface electric field produced by cumulo-imbus were considered in detail by introducing the newly suggested type of charge separation. Finally, some actual examples which indicate that the generation of static electricity in thunder clouds, volcanic clouds and tornadic clouds can be explained by the unified mechanism of IIPE.
