Abstract

症例は50歳，男性．四肢の皮疹と痙攣発作にて入院．頭部MRIにて右前頭葉皮質下，両側基底核，橋正中から左側に異常信号域，Gaシンチにて両側下腿に集積像を認めた．左下腿の皮膚生検にてリンパ腫様肉芽腫症lymphomatoid granulomatosis（LYG）と診断した．Methotrexate（MTX）大量療法にて一時的に改善したが，CHOP療法開始後に橋出血にて死亡した．中枢神経症状に皮疹を伴う場合は本疾患を疑うことが肝要である．<br>
