• C型慢性肝炎治療の変遷

Abstract

C型慢性肝炎に対する抗ウイルス療法は，1990年代のインターフェロン単独療法の時代から，経口抗ウイルス薬であるリバビリンの併用により飛躍的な進歩を遂げている．さらにペグインターフェロンとリハビリンの併用により，難治性であるgenotype1型高ウイルス量の症例におけるウイルス排除率は50%を超えた．さらなる治療効果の向上を目指した新規抗ウイルス剤(プロテアーゼ阻害剤，ポリメラーゼ阻害剤など）の開発も進んでおり，大規模臨床試験の結果が期待される．<br>
