抄録

In this paper, we demonstrated two label-free detecting methods of biopolymers. We found that the membrane array which immobilized small molecules was effective for the detection of the protein using THz-TDS imaging system. And a label-free protein sensor, which is based on the resonant transmission phenomenon of a metallic mesh, was proposed in the terahertz wave region. By using this sensor, we demonstrated the highly sensitive detection of small amount of protein and the label-free detecting of biotin-streptavidin or biotin-avidin interactions on a PVDF membrane.
