Abstract

症例は54歳，男性．C型慢性肝炎に対しpeginterferon alfa-2b（PEG-IFNα-2b），ribavirin（RBV）で治療開始．約4カ月後貧血がみられRBV中止したが進行したため，PEG-IFNα-2b中止し緊急入院．骨髄穿刺，生検施行し赤芽球癆と診断された．cyclosporin A（CsA）にて治療し約2カ月後貧血は改善した．<br>
