• 内視鏡的に切除し得た巨大過形成性ポリープの１例

Abstract

A 70-year-old man with anemia due to huge polyp was admitted to our surgical develop-ment. Pathological examination of the polyp showed hyperplastic. The polyp was huge, 8 cm in diameter and was suspected to be malignancy in some part. Though it was huge, we successfully resected the polyp by ESD. The pathological diagnosis was foveolar type of hyperplastic polyp and the size was 81×72×70 mm. There was no malignant cells in the hyperplastic polyp. After resection, anemia was improved. We recommend if it is possible, dissection of hyperplastic polyp should be made by minimally invasive method.
