抄録

Kimura’s disease is a chronic inflammatory disease of uncertain cause. It occurs mainly as a head and neck lesion, especially as parotid, submandibular and buccal lesions. We report herein on a very rare case of Kimura’s disease which occured on the epiglottis. The patient had some respiratory discomfort, so surgical treatment was effective to secure a clear airway.<br>
