抄録

The eccrine porocarcinoma is a rare malignant tumor derived from the sweat glands that is most commonly found on the leg. In the head and neck region the incidence of this tumor is rare, so we report herein on a rare case of eccrine porocarcinoma occurring on the auricle. A 74-year-old woman visited our hospital complaining of a mass on the left auricle. A CT scan showed with enhanced imaging that the mass that had not infiltrated the external auditory meatus. We removed the lesion surgically. Histological examination showed that the tumor was an eccrine porocarcinoma. At the 1-year postoperative follow-up there has been no evidence of recurrence.<br>
