企業環境と企業行動 : シュテーガーの所論を中心として  [in Japanese] Corporate Invironment and Corporate Behavior  [in Japanese]

The modern corporation as an open system must adapt to its environments (i.e. economic, social and natural environments.). It is argued that adaptation to natural environment-environmental preservation－should be one of the most important tasks of the modern corporation. Why the modern corporation, however, should preserve ecological environment? This paper explains why the modern corporation must preserve natural environment, how it must contribute to natural-environmental activities and what kind of relationships exist between the modern corporation and its environments. The modern corporation as an adaptation system to its environments must take this natural-environmental preservation as a chance in its market and make innovation in this field to strengthen business vitality.
