分解能を損なうことなく高い弾力性を持たせた触覚映像センサ A Tactile Imaging Sensor Having High Elasticity without Spoiling Resolving Power

Abstract

Transparent silicon rubber is used for a part of light guide of a tactile sensor using frustrated total internal reflection of light. It makes the sensor soft and elastic without spoiling the resolving power.
