Abstract

This study shows the process and problems of the restoration projects in Kobe City after Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake based on the hearing survey to residents and Kobe City office. Land readjustment projects which adopted two new method-two stage determination process of city planning and community creation council are discussed to show more desirable restoration methods.
