Abstract
母性臨床看護学「保健指導の実際」の授業においてロール・プレイングのシミュレーションを導入した。その結果次のような学習効果が認められた。1)学習への関心が高まる 2)問題を発見し解決しようとする 3)クライエントへの共感や洞察が深まる 4)看護者としてのありかたを考えられる 学生の授業評価では,大変良く学べた37%,良く学べた52%,どちらでもない11%,学べなかった0%と大多数の学生が肯定的にうけとめていた。このようにロール・プレイングの導入は看護学基礎教育方法として妥当であるといえるが,今後の課題としてはシミュレーションのグループ人数の調整,認知学習としての効果の検証があげられる。
I introduced the simulation of role playing into the class of the clinical science of nursing of maternity-the study of health guidance.As a result, the following effects of study were recognized. 1.Students took great interests in studies. 2. They tried to find and solve problems. 3. They deepened sympathy for clients and insight into clients. 4.They could consider what a nurse should be.Most of them received this way affirmatively. A.37%students could study very well. B.52%students could study well. C.Neither A nor B was 11%.So, I can say that the introduction of role playing is appropriate as basic educational method in the science of nursing of maternity.Assignments hereafter are two.One is that the adjustment of numbers of group in simulation.The other is verification of effect for acknowledgement study.
