資源利用係数と租税政策の評価  [in Japanese] Coefficient of resource utilization and measuring the deadweight loss form taxation  [in Japanese]

Abstract

In this paper, we reconsider the procedure of measuring the deadweight loss from commodity taxation by means of Debreu's coefficient of resoure utilization. Based on these reconsiderations, we analyze the computation of the marginal deadweight loss from piecemeal changes in commodity tax rates.
