In this paper, I consider the pricing rule of interconnection between NTT and NCCs in Japan, which is one of the most important problems for fair competitions in japanese telecommunications markets. First, I describe the pricing rule explained by Baumol and Sidak(1994). Secondly I examine some problems of their rule.
