Abstract

Federal Rules of Evidence govern proceedings in the courts of the U. S. & U. S. magistrate judges and so forth. Rule 403 is the rule which indicate the strongest, but weakest point in its character among the Rules. That is the reason why I study this rule especially as an accomplishing general study of U. S. evidence rules.
