Abstract
シンテッポウユリの液体タンク培養を用いた子苗生産システム確立のため,その培養条件を多鱗茎誘導条件およびその後の肥大化条件についてそれぞれ検討した.5mg・liter^<-1>カイネチン,3%ショ糖を含むMS培地で約1か月間培養することで1鱗片当たり5個以上の小鱗茎が誘導できた.さらに,この鱗片を3%ショ糖を含むMS修正培地を入れたタンク容器で約2か月間液体培養することで鱗片上の小鱗茎が鉢あげ可能な子苗に肥大することが確認された.本システムで1タンク(2liter)当たり年間4,500個の子苗生産の可能性が示された.
To establish the mass propagation of Lilium × formolongi hort. small bulbs by in vitro tank culture, culture conditions affecting multi-bulblets induction were studied from the perspective of scale and subsequent growth of the newly produced bulblets. More than 5 bulblets per scale were induced in a month by culture in MS medium with 5 mg・liter^<-1> kinetin and 3% sucrose. Then, the induced bulblets with scales were transferred to medium with modified MS containing 3% sucrose, showing good growth sufficient for potting of bulbs in two months. Estimating from the theoretical scheme in which 4,500 bulbs were produced by in vitro tank culture per year, it was shown that potted plant production of lilies using the present culture conditions were feasible for small-scale production.
