合成樹脂成型体のポリシングスラリーとそのメカニズム  [in Japanese] Polishing Slurry and this Mechanism for Plastic Materials  [in Japanese]

Abstract

プラスチックレンズ等に用いられている合成樹脂は, 酸化アルミニウム砥粒とポリ塩化アルミニウムなどの塩によるメカニカルケミカルポリシングが行なわれているが, そのポリシングのメカニズムを明らかにした. また, ベーマイト系の水酸化アルミニウムから得られる酸化アルミニウム砥粒は一般的な溶融アルミナに比べてはるかに高いポリシングスピードが得られることがわかった.
