抄録

A quantum scattering theory based on the impact approximation is consistently applied to the level shift as well as the spectral line broadening in plasmas. As a typical example, the first evaluation for the HeII (304 Å) resonance line is performed in terms of the R-matrix, and the result of our calculation gives a small red shift which is in contradiction to a current phenomenological prediction.
