Electrical resistivity, thermoelectric power and thermal conductivity due to random exchange potentials at the interfaces of the magnetic superlattices are theoretically studied. Material dependence of these properties is derived for TM/Cu superlattices, where TM’s denote 3d-transition metal elements. It is shown that the magnitude of the magnetic moments and the number of d-electrons of the magnetic atoms are key parameters for these transport properties. Possible candidates for superlattices showing large magnetoresistance are proposed.
