抄録

The C14 Laves phase TiFe2 is an antiferromagnet with a Néel temperature around room temperature. The magnetic properties of the Al substituted system of TiFe2 have been investigated using magnetisation and NMR measurements. It has been found that antiferromagnetism in TiFe2 is suppressed by the Al substitution in x < 0.1, while ferromagnetism appears for 0.1 < x < 0.5. At x = 0.1 ferro- and antiferromagnetism coexist at low temperatures.
