抄録

The phase transition of cation substituted CuBrTe, CuxAg1-xBrTe system, was investigated by a specific heat measurement in the temperature range between 100K and 523K. Cu atoms are substituted by Ag atoms in the range of 0.85≤ x≤ 1. The new phase β was observed in the range of 0.85≤ x≤ 0.9825. The obtained phase diagram of CuxAg1-xBrTe system was confirmed by X-ray diffraction measurements. The characteristics of the X-ray diffraction patterns at the phase transitions of CuxAg1-xBrTe system were mentioned.
