暗黒物質直接探索の現状  [in Japanese] Present Status of Direct Dark Matter Searches  [in Japanese]

Abstract

暗黒物質の候補として超対称性理論の予言する粒子ニュートラリーノが重要であると考えられている.我々の近辺を飛び回っていると考えられる暗黒物質粒子ニュートラリーノを直接検出するには, 検出器物質中で起こる弾性散乱による原子核反跳をとらえる.シンチレーション検出器やボロメータなどのさまざまな検出器によるニュートラリーノ探索実験とその問題点, とくに環境放射線バックグラウンドの影響について述べる.さらに, 暗黒物質の積極的同定法の可能性について展望する.

The neutralino, a hypothetical neutral supersymmetric fermion, is considered to be one of the most probable candidates for the dark matter. The neutralino is flying randomly in our vicinity and can be confirmed if one detects the nuclear recoil caused by an elastic scattering of the neutralino in the detector material. We review the present status of direct neutralino dark matter search experiments with various detection techniques like scintillation detectors, bolometers and others together with the effects of natural radiation backgrounds. Prospects for the identification method of neutralino are also discussed.
