静電型イオン貯蔵リングによる電子-生体分子イオン衝突の研究(実験技術)  [in Japanese] Studies of Electron-Biomolecular Ion Collisions in an Electrostatic Storage Ring  [in Japanese]

Abstract

静電型イオン貯蔵リングは, イオンの質量に関係なく同じ条件で軽いイオンから重いイオンまで貯蔵することができる.したがって, タンパク質やDNAのような生体分子も蓄えることができる.さらに, 静電リングに電子ビーム標的を導入することによって, 生体分子イオン単体と電子の衝突研究が可能になる.本稿では, その技術と生体分子イオンの電子衝突に関する最新の実験結果を紹介する.

An electrostatic storage ring can store light to heavy ions independently of their masses at the same ring parameters, which makes it possible to store biomolecules, such as protein and DNA. Furthermore, by introducing an electron beam target into the ring, studies of electron-biomolecular ion collisions are realized. In this article, the recent results on electron-biomolecular ion collisions are described together with experimental technique.
