Seven cases of laparoscopically treated adnexal mass which occurred in girls 15 years old or younger are presented. Five patients had a dermoid cyst and three of these were associated with adnexal torsion. One patient had torsion of the tube associated with para-ovarian cyst. One patient had a ruptured lutein cyst with ovarian bleeding. Except for 1 case with menstrual pain, the chief complaint of these patients was lower abdominal pain. The clinical features were confusing in most cases and, especially in 3 cases of adnexal torsion, there was a substantial delay in diagnosing before laparoscopic surgery was performed. In the present cases, laparoscopic surgery could be conducted rather satisfactoril by using the regular instruments for adults.
