As the cayses if neurological deficits folloing spinal crod injury the seberal factors have been discussed by many authors.Our selective arteriographic experience in the latients with traumatic paraplegia was undoubtedly led the wy of interpretation of the vascual compinents in the pathogenesis of traumatic paraplegia.Especially the cause of meurological deficits of the patients with out concidence with the level of neurological deficit and of injured spine from roentogenological study may be remained in the vascular components of the spimal cord.
