It is necessary to know the more exact land prices is also necessary in an area without land prices indices, such as land assessments and the assessed value of land, in a financial institution or a real estate company. Although the maximum neighboring point method and the technique by regression are used for estimation of such land prices, the spatial interpolation model is not used till the present. Spatial correlation is the view that the difference of the land price depends on spatial distance. In this paper, the land prices estimation model based on Kriging is proposed. Weight is given to each data, based on the distribution which is dependent on the distance among sample points for this method, and the land prices in an arbitrary positions are estimated by weighted average. The land prices of Tokyo are used by Prefectural Land Price Surveys, and only land prices are used among various items in 2003. A price is estimated from a space distribution of land prices, and the land prices distribution tendency of the Tokyo whole region is grasped.
