抄録

The author has published a research on the tension problem of a strip with a central elliptical hole by the method of perturbation. In this paper the in-plate bending is treated by the same method, formulas for the stresses are given and the numerical results are examined. The approximate law on the maximum stress found by the author in the tension problem is shown to be valid also in this case.
