抄録

An analytical and experimental study of the coupled torsional vibration is carried out for a model which consists of a flexible shaft, rigid dummy disk and blade-boss assembly. It is clarified that the torsional vibration of the shaft system is coupled only with the tangential component of the blade bending mode. In other words, only the nodal circular mode can be coupled with shaft vibration. Natural frequencies are split into upper and lower values of uncoupled frequencies, and if natural frequencies between the uncoupled shaft system and the uncoupled blade system are very close, the coupled frequencies are greatly influenced by the coupling effect. Furthermore, the stagger angle of the blade has a significant effect on the coupling phenomena.
