Abstract

m=5,有効浸炭深さd_<eff>=0.6,0.9,1.3の歯車と防浸炭処理後同じ熱処理を施した歯車,焼ならし歯車を用いて,歯元残留応力と硬さを測定して熱処理の効果を把握するとともに一定応力振幅曲げ試験を実施してSN曲線を求める.この結果,疲れ強さに及ぼす浸炭深さの影響は小さいことを確かめた後,残留応力,表面硬さおよび心部硬さの影響を求め,これらを独立な因子と考えて疲れ強さを推定する式を導いている.
