抄録

It has been well established that there occurs a marked increase of local capillary permeability in passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) and Arthus reaction. Thus effects of Fragivix on PCA in rats and on Arthus reaction in rabbits were determined. The administration of Fragivix inhibited markedly PCA which was produced in rats by bovine serum albumin (BSA) and anti-BSA serum. The administration of Fragivic inhibited markedly Arthus reaction in fabbits. The extract of Arthus reaction tissues demonstrated a marked capillary permeability increasing activity. Fragivix inhibited markedly the capillary permeability increasing activity of Arthus reaction tussues. These results indicate that inhibitory effect of Fragivix on PCA and Arthus reaction is caused by its capillary permeability deceasing activity.
