Abstract
In this study, we focused on not only the light of firefly which keeps fascinating the heart of Japanese from ancient time but also the ecosystem of nature. With the aid of semantic differential analysis, the demonstrative examination was added on what kind of effect they caused the human spirit. It was possible to find that there is the high possibility that the sufficient cure effect exists in the light emission pattern of firefly and the ecosystem. This research is the basic research turned to a cure space creation for hospice and welfare facilities, which utilize the firefly and the mini ecosystem artificially modeled in an enclosure.
