抄録

We can obtain high performance by simultaneously optimizing a number of parameters of the mechanical structure and controller for the designed closed loop system. Therefore, this paper considers the vibration control problem in which parameters of the controller and mechanical structure are simultaneously optimized. We parameterize the design parameters of mechanical structure such that those work as output feedback gains. Using this parameterization, we propose a simultaneous optimization method, which is based on the necessary condition for controller parameters and the performance sensitivities to passive parameter changes. A numerical example is given to illustrate the procedure of design and the effectiveness of simultaneous optimization.
