Abstract
A new vibration-type mass measurement system using an undamped dynamic vibration absorber is developed. In the developed system, a mass to be measured is attached to the inertial mass of the vibration generator instead of the absorber mass. It has the advantage that the tuning condition of the absorber does not change due to the mass f measurement objects. The measurement accuracy of the developed system is estimated experimentally.
