抄録
The degradation prediction system was developed for the rotating machinery. This system estimates the amount of bearing wear and predicts bearing wear growth from external parameters, such as shaft rotational center and vibration value, using database for estimation and prediction. Moreover, this system can estimate and predict when the other degradation phenomena occurs, such as shaft curvature, casing deformation, and bearing sleeve corrosion. The degradation simulation test using the 1/2 scale primary loop recirculation pump test apparatus was performed, and the validity of this system was clarified.
