抄録

In case of developing the hard metal, inclined composite material is adopted to an increase of the weldability. One of the factor of the weld crack is the residual stress in the material. For the analysis of residual stress in WC-Ni hard metal which is made by spark plasma sintering system, the data of measured stress are necessary. The percentage of the bonding material Ni is changed from 10% to 60%. The stresses of the test pieces are measured by X-ray. When Ni content is lower, the diffraction strength of the X-ray becomes lower and the improved measuring method is needed for determining the residual stress.
