1117 高強度鋼のフレッティング疲労特性に及ぼす接触片端部形状の影響  [in Japanese] Effect of Contact Pad Edge on Fretting Fatigue Property in High Strength Steel  [in Japanese]

Abstract

In order to investigate the effect of the contact pad geometry on fretting fatigue strength, the fretting fatigue tests and two-stage tests by using three types bridge pad with square pad, chamfer pad and undercut pad were carried out for Ni-Cr-Mo steel. In this paper, the fretting fatigue test was conducted with; a stress ratio R=0.05,a contact pressure P=50MPa and 200MPa. The main features in this study are as follows : the fretting fatigue strength increased by using chamfer pad, and there are strong indications by using undercut pad compared with chamfer pad. The two-stage tests showed that crack initiation behavior was affected by the shape of contact pad edge in the fretting fatigue.
