1126 プラズマを利用した複合改質処理鋼 SKD61 の摩耗特性  [in Japanese] Wear Properties of Duplex Surface Treated SKD61 Steel by Using Plasma  [in Japanese]

Abstract

The wear tests under light loading were carried out on some kinds of duplex surface treated SKD61 steel by using plasma, in order to investigate the wear properties. As a result, their wear on disk were greatly better than that of quenched and tenpered one. The degree was about 10%. The wear properties regarded water diameter on ball was equivalent to surface hardness. Moreover, scrach tests were carried out considering wear properties in actual machines. And it was found that RN5h+CrN was superior to other surface treatment.
