1431 ナノ粒子多孔質層形成による超高伝熱促進  [in Japanese] Ultrahigh Heat Transfer Enhancement by Nano-particle Porous Layer formed on Surface  [in Japanese]

Abstract

Heat transfer enhancement is one of key issues of saving energies and compact designs for mechanical and chemical devices and plants. We discovery an ultrahigh convective heat transfer performance compared to the well-known heat transfer correlations caused by a nano-particle porous layer formed on the heat transfer surface : the maximum increase of heat transfer coefficient was around 180%. Moreover, we have done some experiments using a co-current flow heat exchanger. We also obtained that ultrahigh performance (more than 200%increase compared to the usual correlation).
