Abstract
The intermolecular collision scheme to obtain an excellent result is developed in the direct simulation Monte Carlo (DSMC) method even if cells are lengthened more than the local mean free path. The conventional and the new intermolecular collision schemes are compared about their simulation capability for vortex shedding. The DSMC method will be applied even to flows for continuum regime using the present new collision scheme.
