抄録

This report follows that of last year. Results only will be given. (1) The number of bacteria survived in housecleaning-cloths after cleaning children's classroom and being washed in the water, a towel stands first, then cotton, knitted goods, and bleached cotton, but the bacteria less adhere to tetron-broad. The number of bacteria attached to housecleaning-cloths is more in summer than that in winter. (2) The more layers of cloth, bacteria adhere more and housecleaning-cloths are not washed cleanly. The number of bacteria attached to two layers of cloths are more than one layer, and the former absorb more dirt than the latter. As to three layers, bacteria adhere more the outside cloth; and leaving them for 24 hours in an incubator at 37℃, the number of bacteria of outside cloth is nearly unchanged, but that of inside cloths increase in time. (3) As to care of housecleaning-cloths, using cleaning detergents are better than just washing in water, and sun-drying is better than detergent use.
