カーボンおよびSiO包埋粒子の構造 : 微粒子  [in Japanese] Structure of II-VI semiconductor ultra-fine particles covered with SiO or carbon layer  [in Japanese]

Abstract

ZnTe, CdTe, ZnSe and ZnS nanocrystals were prepared by simultaneously evaporation of II-VI compounds and carbon or SiO in Ar gas (80 torr). It has been found that zinc-blende particle covered with oxide or carbon layer has been produced predominantly.
