SiO-金属同時蒸発で生成する特異粒子の構造と成長 : 微粒子  [in Japanese] Singular morphology of particles prepared by the simultaneous gas evaporation of SiO and metal powders  [in Japanese]

Structures of particles produced by reactions between Mg smoke and SiO smoke were analyzed by the use of high resolution electron microscope. Mg_2Si, MgO, Mg_2SiO_4 and Si crystals were produced. The growth condition of Mg_2SiO_4 has been elucidated. In spite of rapid production time of the smoke, singular particles having spherical Mg_2Si single crystal on the tip of needle MgO crystal have been shown.
