Abstract

近年GPS内蔵携帯電話等の登場により，位置情報を使って匿名の第三者と情報共有を行うサービスがいくつか提案されてきている．こうしたサービスは，特に地域コミュニケーション活性化への応用として期待が大きくなっている．しかし匿名の第三者が参加するネットワークコミュニティに関しては，個人を特定されないといった点を悪用し，偽情報や誹謗中傷記事を投稿する悪意ある利用者の存在が問題となっている．本研究では地域ネットワークコミュニティにおける，偽情報の排除方法を検討する．排除方法の1つとして利用者自身の投票が考えられ，投票の形態としては従来より個々の記事に対する記事投票方式，個々の投稿者に対する投稿者投票方式が知られている．本報告では位置情報を用いて地区ごとに評価を実施する地区投票方式を提案する．これら3つの投票方式を評価するため，地域ネットワークコミュニティサービスの1例をあげ，その例を表現するマルチエージェントシステムを構築して，計算機実験を行った．実験の結果地区投票方式の有効性を確認するとともに，システムの信憑性情報の提示方法がきわめて重要であることが判明した．

Recently, developing location-finding technologies and mobile technologies, new community service linked information and its location are proposed. This service will help to reinvigorate regional community activities. But in the network community, flaming problem (many false articles are contributed) exists because of its anonymity. In this paper, we introduce three types of voting systems (article voting, contributor voting, area voting) on community service, and evaluate the effectiveness of each voting system against flaming problem. For evaluating, we construct a multi agent system simulator. Experimental results show that the area voting is effective, and the process of announcement is quite effective on regional network community.
