回転子鉄心一体型急冷磁石の製法と特徴  [in Japanese] Characteristics of a Method for Directly Molding Melt-Spum Powder with a Laminated Steel Core  [in Japanese]

Abstract

Exchange-coupled nano-composite melt-spun powder is a nano-structured composite of soft magnetic phases and hard magnetic phases mutually coupled by exchange interaction at the grain boundaries. Its resource balance and oxidizability are better than those of Nd_2Fe_<14>B stoichiometric composition melt-spun powder, because it contains a smaller proportion of rate-earth elements such as neodymium. A permanent magnet rotor (SPM:surface permanent magnet/IPM:interior permanent magnet) was developed by directly molding this melt-spun powder with a laminated steel core, and a possible application was found to high-effeciency IPM motors, which use properties to peculiar the nano-composite melt-spun powder.
