パルス波形制御による電析Co/Cu多層膜の磁気抵抗効果  [in Japanese] Magnetoresistance Effect of Electrodeposited Co/Cu Multilayer Films Produced by the Pulse Control Method  [in Japanese]

Abstract

We modulated the composition and structure near the layer boundary between ferromagnetic and nonmagnetic metals in Co/Cu multilayer films produced by pulse electrodepositon method, and investigated the effect of the composition and structure on the GMR. It was possible to control the film thickness on the atomic scale by electrodeposition. It was observed that the MR ratio strongly depends on the thickness of the ferromagnetic layer rather than the change of the composition near the interface between magnetic and nonmagnetic layers.
