Abstract

学術論文の複写に関わる著作権の処理に関して歴史および現在の状況について述べている。アメリカにおける学術論文の複写について,とくにCopyright Clearance Centerの設立と運用について述べた。また日本の学協会著作権協議会と日本複写権センターの設立の経過と現在の活動状況を紹介した。
