Abstract
本稿は，女子非行に関するわれわれの一連の研究のうち，父－娘関係の病理性を主題としたものである。まず，第Ⅰ章では，導入をかねて女子非行とその研究の動向を概観したのち，そのなかにおけるわれわれ研究の意義及び特色について要点を述べた。続く第Ⅱ章では，今回われわれの研究対象となった非行少女の家庭状況がどのようなものであるかを，彼女たちが綴った作文をもとにして紹介するとともに，彼女たちの父親像を大きく三つに類型化し，それぞれの特徴等について順次検討を加えた。これを踏まえて，第Ⅲ章では，父－娘相姦の問題を取り上げ，自験例に即しつつその実態及び非行化とのかかわりを明らかにした。最後の第Ⅳ章では，以上の論点を総括し，本研究から見た女子矯正教育の望ましい在り方について若干の提言を行い，今後の課題提起とした。As a sequel to the previous study on“female criminality,”the present study,made up of four parts,aimed at revealing the psychopathological aspects in father-daughter relationships of delinquent girls.Firstly,the current topics of researches in this field were reviesed,and special emphasis was laid on the methodological uniqueness of our studies.Secondly,based on our 140 subjects' compositions concerning their families,a brief description of their domestic troubles was given,and focally their typical father images were clarified.Thirdly,nine cases of father-daughter incest were analyzed in detail in connection with her delinquent process or mechanism.This analysis formed a leading part of this paper.Lastly,in the light of the above-mentioned points,a proposal was made on the correctional education for girls as it shoud be.
