抄録

The author studied 109 patients with urethral caruncle. A clinical-pathological survey of the lesion is presented. Urethral caruncles were classified into four varieties and the lesion is defined as prolapse of the mucosa at the urethral meatus. Attention was directed to the close relation between urethral caruncle and urethral carcinoma.
