魅力的品質・当たり前品質を中心とする消費者品質要求のモデル化  [in Japanese] A Model of Consumer's Quality Requerements from the Viewpoint of Attractive Quality and Must-be Quality  [in Japanese]

Abstract

本研究では, 複数の製品に対する消費者の品質要求を狩野らによって提案された魅力的品質・当たり前品質の視点から調査・分析し, 製品の種類の違い, 消費者属性の違いによって, 魅力的品質・当たり前品質となる品質項目がどのように変化するのかをモデル化することを試みた.結果として, 全体的には品質項目の内容・区分によって魅力的品質項目・当たり前品質項目・一元的品質項目・無関心品質項目のいずれになるかが決まること, 同じ品質項目でも, 製品の種類によって魅力的・当たり前に感じる人, 無関心な人の割合が変化すること, 消費者の属性によって魅力的・当たり前に感じる人の割合が若干変化することなどがわかった.

This paper investigated consumer's quality requirements for five products from the viewpoint of the "attractive quality" and "must-be quality" proposed by Noriaki Kano et al, and then developed a model for explaining the consumer's recognition of individual quality items and the effects of type of product and feature of consumer on the recognition, i.e., whether a group of consumer having a certain feature recognizes each quality item as attractive, must-be, or others. According to the results, whether a quality item is recognized as attractive, must-be or others depends on the category of the item, and is affected by type of product. Feature of consumer also has effects, with the degree of the effects being not critical.
